User-generated content (text, images, videos) may be used for promotional purposes. You agree to assign, and hereby do assign, to us all rights, title, and interest in and to such content or materials, and you will execute any documents necessary to effectuate this assignment upon request.

We reserve the right to modify fees at our discretion, with changes taking effect upon notice. Subscriptions are tied to your personal account and may not be shared with others.
9.2 Service Reliability
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
- The Services will operate without interruptions or errors.
- Any issues with the Services will be resolved.
We are not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in the Services or linked third-party content.
- Service interruptions, delays, or terminations.
- Any user conduct that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
You are responsible for any costs related to maintaining or repairing your devices as a result of using the Services.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
9.4 Automatic Payments
An “Automatic Payment” is a recurring charge authorized by you to settle amounts due for your Oddssie service. This payment can be set up using one of the following methods:
- Bank Account Debit: Funds debited directly from your nominated bank account. (Note: This option may not be available if required by your specific plan).
- Card Payment: Funds charged to your nominated credit or debit card. (Available for all plans).
By setting up an Automatic Payment from your bank account, you authorize us, our designated biller and its financial institution to debit the specified account for any amounts you owe under your agreement. You must maintain accurate account information.
9.5 Responsibility for Funds/Credit
You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient cleared funds are available in your nominated bank account, or sufficient available credit exists on your nominated card account, on the scheduled payment date(s). If an Automatic Payment is returned, dishonored, or fails for any reason:
- Fees: You may be liable for any fees or charges incurred by Oddssie as a result.
- Alternative Payment: You must promptly provide an alternative payment method acceptable to Oddssie or ensure sufficient cleared funds are available for us to successfully reprocess the payment by an agreed-upon deadline.
- Service Impact: Subject to the terms of your specific pricing plan, Oddssie reserves the right to suspend or cancel your service.
9.6 Insufficient Funds
If your payment method lacks sufficient funds when fees are due:
You may incur overdraft fees from your financial institution.
Our payment processor may charge an Administration Fee.
Access to services will be suspended until full payment is received.
9.7 Non-Refundable Joining Fee
A one-time Joining Fee applies to select memberships/subscriptions. This fee is non-refundable unless expressly waived by us under specific terms and conditions.
10. Prohibited Conduct
10.1 Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent yourself as an affiliate, employee, or representative of Oddssie without prior written authorization.
- Operate or affiliate with any business that competes with Oddssie during your subscription and for 12 months thereafter.
- Share, copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit your account access, data, or content provided by Oddssie with unauthorized parties, whether for profit or otherwise.
10.2 Prohibited Commercial Activities
You may not use oddssie.com for commercial purposes, including promoting services/products, and soliciting business via chats, forums, or social features. Violations may result in account termination without refund.
10.3 Inappropriate Behavior
We prohibit:
Harassment, threats, or harmful conduct toward others.
Unauthorized account sharing or content redistribution.
Unsolicited contact with other users.
Violations may incur:Immediate account suspension/termination.
Cancellation Fees.
Liability for damages caused.
11. Privacy and Security Obligations
11.1 Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information provided through the Services, including signals, strategies, or other proprietary data, to unauthorized individuals or third parties.
11.2 Respecting Other Users
You must not access, use, or share personal information of other users without their explicit consent. Soliciting personal information from other users is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Data Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, communications and data transmitted through the Services may be subject to risks such as interception or unauthorized access. You should exercise caution when sharing sensitive information.

12.No Warranties
12.1 Service Limitations
Oddssie does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. We make no warranties regarding the success, results, or financial outcomes of using our Services, including signals, subscriptions, or platform features. You acknowledge that Oddssie does not maintain insurance to cover potential risks or losses associated with your use of the Services.
12.2 Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the Services, including gambling laws, consumer protection laws, and third-party terms (e.g., those of bookmakers or betting platforms). You must be of legal age to participate in betting or gambling activities in your jurisdiction and ensure that such activities are permitted where you reside.
12.3 Risk Acknowledgment
Betting and trading are inherently risky, and Oddssie does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes. You accept full responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred through the use of our Services, including losses affecting you or anyone dependent on you. Successful betting may lead to restrictions or bans from third-party gambling providers, and Oddssie is not responsible for such actions.
12.4 Release and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you release Oddssie from all implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities related to your use of the Services. You agree to indemnify Oddssie against any claims, actions, or demands (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12.5 Conduct Toward Oddssie

13. Termination of Services
13.1 User Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written request to us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will cease at the end of the billing cycle, if applicable. Please note the following regarding refunds:
- Refunds for paid subscriptions or fees are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription period.
- If you have set up recurring payments (e.g., via direct debit or third-party payment platforms), it is your responsibility to cancel those payments directly with the payment provider. Oddssie will not issue refunds for recurring charges if you forget to cancel your subscription.
13.2 Oddssie Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Services, engage in prohibited activities, exhibit abusive or threatening behavior, or if your use conflicts with applicable laws. We may also terminate inactive accounts or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion, with reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where feasible. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms: If you breach any provision of these Terms of Service, including engaging in prohibited activities such as sharing account credentials or using the Services for commercial purposes.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Abusive or Threatening Behavior: If you exhibit behavior that is abusive, harassing, or threatening toward other users, our staff, or our platform’s integrity.
- Legal Non-Compliance: If your use of the Services violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms (e.g., bookmaker policies).
- Inactivity: If your account remains inactive for a period of 6 months or more, we may terminate it to maintain platform security and efficiency.
- Others Reasons: For any other reason deemed necessary by Oddssie, including but not limited to discontinuing a specific feature or the entirety of the Services.
13.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Following termination, whether initiated by you, you remain responsible for:
- Settling any outstanding fees or charges owed to us.
- Complying with any surviving obligations under these Terms, such as confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.
- Unpaid fees incur late penalties. Cancellation Fees may apply.
- Service access ceases immediately.
- Third-party fees, claims, or refunds.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs you may incur as a result of termination, including loss of access to data or content associated with your account.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or governmental actions (“Force Majeure Events”). We are not liable for service disruptions due to:
Natural disasters.
Infrastructure failures (internet, power).
Events beyond our reasonable control.
14.2 Updates to Terms
Oddssie may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect upon posting, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 Survival
Provisions related to intellectual property, confidentiality, prohibited activities, and general terms will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Oddssie may assign its rights and obligations without your consent as part of a business transaction.
14.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Oddssie regarding the use of our products and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. No oral/written promises outside this document are binding.
14.6 Independent Advice
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal, financial, or professional advice, and your failure to do so does not exempt you from compliance.
14.7 No Wavier
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive of that right or provision of future enforcement.
14.8 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and do not exclude other legal remedies available to the parties.
15. Account Terms and Conditions

To use Oddssie’s services whether paid or unpaid, it is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of our services. This includes your name, contact details, and payment information, which must be kept up-to-date at all times.
15.2 Age Eligibility
By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and not prohibited from betting locally. We may, at its discretion, request proof of age to verify compliance with this requirement.
15.3 Account and Password Confidentiality
You must select a unique password for your account and keep it secure and confidential. Sharing your account and/or password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect or detect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. You may be held liable for any activity resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
15.4 Account Suspension or Termination

- Fee: The payment required to access the Services, as specified in your subscription plan.
- Intellectual Property: Encompasses all rights in content, trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary assets associated with our Services.
- Laws: All applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including those related to gambling and intellectual property.
- Member: A user who subscribes to Oddssie’s Services.
- Platform: The technology and infrastructure used to deliver the Services.
